Besides being a serial entrepreneur, he’s a data-driven business developer. His experience has spanned both the big corporates and the startup world. He believes that real innovation is not created by technologies, but by people and their willingness to innovate
Giacomo Grazioli
Head of Technology
Giacomo is a seasoned full-stack developer with over a decade of experience, spanning major agencies, startups, and cutting-edge product studios. For the past five years, he has been deeply immersed in blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Metaverse — and more recently, in applied AI: from LLM integration and AI-powered automation to intelligent agents and generative workflows. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of transformative technologies, he bridges technical depth with a sharp eye for what's actually worth building.

Head of Digital Strategy
Manuel Tundis is a digital communication strategist, immersive technology expert, and academic. He lectures in Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality, and Business Analytics at Rome Business School and AIFS. Founder of TheVirtualGallery.it and TEDx speaker, he bridges emerging technologies — from AI to the Metaverse — with a human-centered vision of digital transformation.
